The agenda focuses on the escalating threat posed by state-sponsored cyber attacks targeting critical governmental infrastructure worldwide. It aims to address the urgent need for enhanced cooperation, the development of robust legal frameworks and strengthening of national cyber security frameworks and effective mechanisms for attribution, deterrence and response to these malicious cyber activities. The agenda focuses on combating cyber crime and transnational organized crime.
